All bookings are subject to availability. We ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances and will notify you as soon as possible. We do not charge cancellation fees for reasonable notice given.

All prices quoted are for labour only unless otherwise stated. Parts, consumables and callout charges are additional and will always be quoted clearly before work begins. A final written or verbal quote will be confirmed before any work is carried out. We will not proceed without your approval. All prices shown on this website are starting from rates and may vary based on vehicle make, model, condition and accessibility.

Payment is due on completion of the work. We currently accept Bank Transfer and Cash only. We do not accept credit or debit cards at this time. We do not request payment in advance. Invoices are provided upon request.

All parts fitted and labour carried out by Jack & Akhil's Autos Ltd are guaranteed. If a fault directly related to our work arises within a reasonable period, we will return to investigate and remedy the issue at no additional cost. This guarantee does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage or faults unrelated to our work. OEM-quality or equivalent parts are used unless otherwise agreed in writing.

A 10% discount is available to current students and NHS workers. A valid student ID card or NHS ID card must be presented at the time of booking or service. This discount applies to labour charges only and cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time.

We will match any like-for-like written quote from a VAT-registered mechanic or garage for the same job using the same quality parts in the same geographic area. The quote must be current, valid and presented before work commences. This offer excludes promotional, introductory, discounted or loss-leader pricing. We reserve the right to verify and decline any quote we deem to not be a genuine like-for-like comparison.

Callout charges are based on distance from our base location. Jobs within 5 miles incur no callout charge. Beyond 5 miles, charges apply as listed on our pricing page. Callout charges are always quoted upfront and confirmed before any visit. For distances beyond 50 miles, an additional per-mile charge applies as stated in our pricing.

Jack & Akhil's Autos Ltd holds full public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of the work carried out. We are not liable for any pre-existing faults, unrelated mechanical issues, or consequential losses. We will always carry out a visual inspection and advise you of any concerns identified during the service. You retain the right to refuse any additional recommended work.

You must ensure there is safe, legal and adequate access to the vehicle for us to carry out the work. We reserve the right to decline a job if working conditions are deemed unsafe. For certain complex jobs (as noted in our pricing), an initial inspection visit may be required before a final quote can be confirmed.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Jack & Akhil's Autos Ltd is registered in England & Wales, Company No. 15973604.

When you use our contact form or contact us directly, we may collect: your name, phone number, email address, vehicle registration, and details of the service required. We do not collect any sensitive personal data.

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, provide the services you request, and communicate with you about your booking. We do not sell, share or pass your data to any third parties for marketing purposes.

We retain your contact and job details for up to 2 years for warranty and record-keeping purposes. After this period, your data is securely deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
